Our Story

Unforced Rhythms, was born out of my own personal challenges in life. So I turned to the word of God. There, I found the following verse that set me on my path to creating Unforced Rhythms:

“Are you tired? Worn out? Burned out on religion? Come to me. Get away with me and you’ll recover your life. I’ll show you how to take a real rest. Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace. I won’t lay anything heavy or ill-fitting on you. Keep company with me and you’ll learn to live freely and lightly. (Matthew 11:28 - 30 MSG)

Tired of struggling to work so hard to make things happen in my life, I decided to instead relax. When I did, good things began to happen on their own accord.

Take a look at nature: everything in nature has a natural, unforced rhythm to it. When a seed is planted, it flourishes when nourished. This belief is the cornerstone of Unforced Rhythms.

Our first product, This is Love, took two years to create. Allowing the creative process to unfold naturally allowed me to produce a high quality body care product that our customers now know and love.

Each of our products are a result of knowing that everything in life has a rhythm that is unforced.
